Subject to contract extensions, the three contracts could be worth more than £165m in the end.
First up is a seven year contract, with a possible two year extension, with Home Group for the provision of responsive repairs, voids maintenance and planned maintenance to 15,000 properties in the northeast.
Second is a new partnership with Woking Borough Council, running for five years with a possible five year extension.Morrison is working as part of New Vision Homes, a joint venture with Pinnacle PSG and Mansell ե֭ Services, to provide responsive repairs and planned maintenance services to 3,800 properties.
The third new contract is with Tamworth Borough Council, where Morrison has already worked for seven years. The new contract is for an initial five years, with a possible two year extension, and is for the provision of gas servicing to 3,800 properties throughout the borough.
These partnership takes the total value of Morrison’s contracts won and mobilised in the last 12 months to more than £690m. All forecasted revenues for 2012/2013 are secured and the forward order book is more than 4.5 times the company’s annual sales.
