Sanctuary Housing Association has chosen 20 contractors for a framework agreement covering residential kitchen, bathroom, and high level improvement works.
The contract covers housing across England and Scotland. The work will be split across five regions, and five price bands: under 拢50,000; 拢50,000 to 拢200,000; 拢200,000 to 拢500,000; 拢500,000 to 拢1m; and 拢1m to 拢2m.

Some 139 firms bid for a place on the framework.
