The company has secured planning permission for a site that it acquired in Teddington in March 2012. The 0.9-acre site on Waldegrave Road was previously a light industrial development with an office building.
London Borough of Richmond upon Thames has given permission for it to be turned into a traditional residential square with 18 three- and four-bedroom houses and eight one- and two-bedroom apartments.
Construction is scheduled to start on site this spring.
London Square managing director Brian Betsy said: “Following the success of our exclusive new square in Fulham, we are creating a traditional square in Teddington, with gardens and open space, reflecting the enduring popularity of this historic design. This site supports our ethos of delivering prime sites in highly coveted areas of London where there is continuing demand for new homes.”
