Owners Resolution Property has picked Galliford Try to complete a full refurbishment of the historic Triton Court office block on Finsbury Square. The building has been rebranded as Alphabeta in a bid to give it a new image for creative types.
The contractor said that it would be transforming 220,000 sq ft of office space for creative, media and technology occupiers, as well as an additional 22,000 sq ft of retail and restaurant space on the ground and basement floors. Features include a ride-in cycle ramp.
Galliford Try chief executive Greg Fitzgerald said: "We are delighted to have been selected by Resolution for such a prestigious scheme in Central London. This success quickly follows our recently announced contract awards across the south east, and further cements our reputation as a contractor of choice in that commercial market."
