聽These two contracts are the first projects that Denne has won after being included in L&Q鈥檚 construction and regeneration Framework Agreement in 2011.
The first project, completing in spring 2013, involves the construction of 18 new apartments on Church Road in Leyton. The 拢2m development will include seven one-bedroom flats, 10 two-bedroom flats and one wheelchair accessible, one bed unit. The homes will be built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 and will utilise renewable energy technologies such as air source heat pumps.
The other project is a 拢3m contract to construct 28 three-storey, terraced houses on Claude Road and Murchison Road in Leyton, also by spring 2013.
These latest contracts follow on from the work that Denne is currently undertaking for L&Q on a 拢35m regeneration scheme of South Kilburn, Brent.
