Balfour Beatty has announced the sale of two investments, which will make a combined profit of £21m for the construction firm.
These are:
- its entire 50% interest in Aberdeen Environmental Services to Kelda Non-Reg Holdco Limited, an affiliate of Kelda Water Services, the other shareholder; and
- a 23.9% interest in Consort Healthcare to ERI Holdings, the other shareholder, which is wholly-owned by Barclays Integrated Infrastructure Fund, for £24.1m.
