Rok has signed a contract with Inter Partner Assistance, a subsidiary of insurance giant AXA, to provide home emergency services to its UK customers.
The construction firm said it expected the deal to be worth £40m over three years
Rok is already a major provider of claims management and property repair services to insurers, brokers and policy holders, with a 24-hour contact centre in Mansfield to handle the service delivery across the country.
The new contract will create 50 new jobs.
Inter Partner Assistance has been offering home and property assistance services in the UK since 1986 and is one of the largest property emergency assistance providers in the financial services market.
Rok chief executive Garvis Snook said: "This contract win is a significant success for Rok's Maintenance and Improvements division and for the Group as a whole. It reinforces Rok's position as number one in the buildings insurance repairs and emergency market.”
