Rotary has acquired Birmingham M&E outfit CA Sothers.
Chester-based Rotary, which also specialises in M&E installation and maintenance, turned over £200m in the UK last year. It is part of the Australian-owned Hastie Group
The company trades from offices in Yorkshire, the North-west, the North-east and London, as well as Scotland and Northern Ireland.
CA Sothers has been family-owned since its establishment in 1919 and works with in the leisure, commercial, retail, healthcare and education sectors.
Managing director Robert Hinton is the third generation of his family to run the business, and will remain with Sothers following the acquisition along with the rest of the current management team.
