The company will now trade as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Armour.
Armour bought the business as a going concern eight days after administrators from insolvency specialists Abbott Fielding were called in.
Abbott Fielding senior partner Ned Ailyan said: “The sale has safeguarded 75 jobs and all the contracts of the company, and will ensure continuity of the business.”
Hadley was established in 1997 by the father and son team of Edward Champney Snr and Jnr.
Managing director Ed Champney Jnr said: “We are all extremely pleased that a deal has been structured to allow the business to continue trading and retain all of our staff and clients.”
