The new Atlas Copco’s ZH 355+ - 900+ oil-free centrifugal compressor range employs advanced aerodynamics to reduce energy consumption in the core.
Atlas Copco said that energy consumption constitutes about 80% of the life cycle cost of a compressor and so users will benefit from day one, reducing the overall total cost of ownership.
“The existing range of ZH turbo compressors is already considered a benchmark for energy efficiency and reliability,” said Chris Lybaert, president of Atlas Copco’s oil-free air division. “The introduction of the new range raises the bar even higher."
