Infinity Park Derby is a planned 250-acre commercial and technology park. It is expected to provide 1.5 million square feet of mixed commercial development including offices, industrial and ancillary leisure and retail facilities.
Construction work starts next month.
The park is being promoted by a partnership of the city council, Rolls-Royce and the Harpur Crewe Estate, with Wilson Bowden and Miller Birch acting as joint developers.
The first building planned for the business park is the Innovation Centre, which as previously reported GF Tomlinson will build under an £11.8m contract.
