The contract is worth £20m over 10 years and begins in April 2012.
Lovell Respond managing director Simon Medler said: “We are extremely pleased to be selected by Barnet Homes to work on such an important contract, and are looking forward to beginning work on this project.

Lovell Respond provides repair and maintenance services for more than 100,000 homes across the UK. Within the last year it has carried out more than 250,000 repairs and undertaken gas servicing for more than 30,000 properties.
