The project, part of the university's ‘Opération Campus’ initiative, is in the form of a 30-year design, build and maintain contract and covers 16 buildings. Financing for the project is not included in the contract.
The share of Bouygues subsidiaries DV Õ¥Ö¼§, Quille Õ¥Ö¼§ and Exprimm amounts to €116m. The other consortium members are architects AUA Paul Chemetov and Debarre Duplantiers Associés, technical design consultant ECCTA Engineering and environmental technical consultant Agence Franck Boutté.
DV Õ¥Ö¼§ and Quille Õ¥Ö¼§ are responsible for renovating 12 buildings dating from the 1960s and constructing four new buildings, with a total floor area of 87,000m². Exprimm, a specialist in facility management and subsidiary of the Bouygues Õ¥Ö¼§ Energies & Services Division, will provide maintenance for the buildings over 27 years.
The works, which will be carried out while the campus is occupied, will start in summer 2013 and will last for two years. At peak periods the project will mobilise about a hundred staff.
