The call is out to all bands whose members (still) have a day job in construction of property to compete in the contest.
The charity event has so far raised 拢50,000 since its inception in 2008. This year it is aiming to raise a further 拢15,000 for the property industry charity LandAid.
Last year鈥檚 event was won by Zero Charm, who are associated with Balfour Beatty and Mansell.
