Carillion will be responsible for the design and construction of a large commercial building and two new upmarket residential buildings, all of which are in the north zone of the development.Â
The combined value of the three buildings will be more than £100m, Carillion said. եּ§ will start in the second half of 2015 with completion scheduled during 2017.
Carillion chief executive Richard Howson, said: "This builds on the strong long-term relationship we have established with Argent that I believe reflects our reputation for high-standards of quality, value for money and sustainability."Â
Carillion is also building the £500m Paradise Circus development in Birmingham for Argent, starting on site in the new year. Kier and BAM are also working with Argent on the long-running King’s Cross project.
