The towers, being built for developer Hub Residential, will house 360 mid-market homes for private sale. Â One is 23 storeys high and the other is 24 storeys. They have been designed by CZWG Architects.
The half-hectare site has been cleared and a planning application submitted to the the London Borough of Newham.
Construction is scheduled to begin in mid-2014 on the mixture of one, two and three bedroom apartments, with completion earmarked for late 2016.
