The contract is worth £5m over its four-year duration.
Lovell will provide round-the-clock reactive building maintenance and repair services.
CCHA maintenance manager Allan Brinkley said: “We are committed to providing a high-quality repairs service for our tenants and are confident that Lovell can deliver this for us. The contract has only been in place for a short time and, following a very smooth transition, we have already seen an increase in customer satisfaction. We are also delighted that the contract has created local employment and training DzپDzԲ.”
Lovell provides property repair and maintenance services for more than 100,000 homes across the UK. Over the last 12 months, it carried out more than 250,000 repairs.
