At the same time, a group of Chinese investors has signed an agreement to become the second-largest shareholder in the club’s parent company.
China Railway 15th Bureau Group - company controlled by China Railway Õ¥Ö¼§ Corporation - and FC Internazionale have started a joint effort for the construction of the new stadium, which is expected to be completed by 2017. In the upcoming months they will jointly select potentially suitable locations, establish the project team and start the filing process to obtain the required authorizations.
FC Internazionale said that it welcomed the new shareholders and is proud to start this new phase of the club’s life, aimed at expanding its presence in the Asian markets and raising new resources.
