The museum plans to lead the national commemoration of the First World War centenary in 2014. In preparation, Imperial War Museum London will undergo extensive work to redisplay its First World War galleries.
A design team, cost consultant and project manager have already been appointed last year. It is now advertising for a construction manager to manage the procurement and delivery of the trade packages for the base build, which may also include enabling works, demolition and exhibition fit-out elements.
