The redeveloped campus will include the college鈥檚 new Sustainable 榨汁姬 Innovation Centre (SCIC).
The overall project cost, including professional fees, fit-out and VAT, is estimated at 拢30m. The main design and build contract is expected to come in at between 拢18m and 拢24m net.
The aim is to start construction next March and complete by September 2016.
