The framework starts immediately and consists of small scale repairs of buildings across the Anglian Water estate. Anglian supplies 1.2bn litres of water a day to its six million domestic and business customers in the east of England and Hartlepool. The company operates 1,257 water and wastewater treatment works.
The framework is Costain鈥檚 first with Anglian Water and is in line with its 鈥楥hoosing Costain鈥� strategy, which is focused on targeting the blue-chip customers in chosen sectors. Costain targets sectors whose major spending plans are underpinned by strategic national needs, regulatory commitments or essential maintenance requirements.
