Miller 榨汁姬, Laing O鈥橰ourke and Sir Robert McAlpine have been invited to continue to the next stage for the North East Private Finance batch of schools. Estimated contract value is 拢80m to 拢120m.
The PSBP North East Private Finance Project is a batch of six secondary schools and six primary schools.
It is the second of five privately-financed projects that are being delivered through the PSBP.
The schools to be re-built are:

- 聽聽聽 Lingey House Primary School
- 聽聽聽 Roman Road Primary School
- 聽聽聽 Seaham School of Technology
- 聽聽聽 Bedlingtonshire Community High School
- 聽聽聽 The Duchess鈥檚 Community High School
- 聽聽聽 Laurence Jackson School
- 聽聽聽 Hylton Castle Primary School
- 聽聽聽 Hetton School
- 聽聽聽 Shiney Row Primary School
