Emsley has invested more than £3.4m in the five all-terrain cranes, which are:
- two LTM 1050 3.1 units , rated at 50-tonne safe working load
- two LTM1160 5.1s in the 60-tonne class
- a 100-tonne class LTM1100 5.2.
From depots in Harrogate and Doncaster, Emsley’s fleet of 50 cranes serves all parts of the UK. It is owned and managed by brothers John and Peter Emsley, whose father started the business in 1947.
Peter Emsley said that the business is also looking to expand its truck-mounted tower crane offering and was considering the purchase of a Liebherr MK110.
