The new Birmingham Conservatoire has been designed by Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios. It will house teaching facilities and a 500-seat auditorium as well as two additional performance spaces.
WYG is on board as civil & structural engineer, Hoare Lea is mechanical & electrical consultant and Faithful & Gould is quantity surveyor for the project.
When the contract notice was first puyblishjed last summer, it was estimated that the main contract would come in between £37m and £35m.
