The Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew in west London is a UNESCO World Heritage site with several of Grade I, Grade II* and Grade II historical buildings.
Projects to be undertaken as part of the contract are likely to include new builds, refurbishment of historic buildings, fabric repairs, structural repairs, heritage specialisms, repair or replacement of mechanical & electrical systems, replacement of nursery facilities and external works. Some of the works will be undertaken at the Wakehurst Place site in West Sussex.
