The client is Octave Homes, which will sell 19 of the units, with the remainder offered for shared ownership or rental by Affinity Sutton Housing Association.
Work starts on site in September for 57 weeks in a residential area on the south side of the town. The houses will be of timber frame construction and feature a range of architectural finishes, including brick cladding, tile and render. The development has been designed to Code 3 for Sustainable Homes standard and includes two-, three- and four-bedroomed houses in a variety of detached, semi-detached and terrace house types.
