Helical has paid £12.9m to acquire Trinity Court, a 47,500 sq ft office building on John Dalton Street in Manchester city centre, from Ardstone Capital.
The Grade II listed façade of the seven-storey building dates back to 1865 but it was redeveloped in 1992 to provide a modern behind.
The office space is currently 100% let to Squire Patton Boggs, with one year remaining on the lease. When the tenant leaves, Helical plans a significant refurbishment and extension programme to deliver ‘institutional quality’ modern office space.
