The new recruit is Anthony Carter, who joins the company from Martek Marine where he built up a global distribution network.
“Providing the right customer service requires the right attention to detail. It is not only about having the widest product portfolio available and the latest equipment in stock,” Mr Carter said.
“In addition, customer service remains a key focus. I will be continuing to develop our sales structure so that local customers have the right point of contact for their needs; whether that’s via a dedicated in-depot account coordinator or through our national telesales team.”
