The New Build & Major Projects business will focus on partnering with landowners, funders, local authorities and registered housing providers to deliver new-build housing and mixed tenure neighbourhood regeneration programmes.
The Refurbishment & Repairs business will offer planned maintenance and repair services to local authority and registered providers.
The Homes division builds and sells affordable new homes.
Keepmoat chief executive Dave Sheridan said: “By realigning our southern business units this way we can both meet the changing needs of our clients and increase our capacity in London and the south of England.
“This year we built over 4,000 homes, with well over a third created in partnership with councils and registered providers. Over the next four years we aim to double our housing output and significantly increase our regeneration output. Strengthening our operations in London and the south means we will have the right operating structure to regenerate communities and build and refurbish many more houses for our clients.”
