Lifterz chairman Malcolm Bowers said: “We are proud to be the first UK company to offer the unique MEC 6092RT for hire. It bridges the gap between the mainstream rough terrain scissors that only go up to 53 feet and the larger, heavy duty products from the likes of Holland Lift.
“The machine is well thought-out and the build quality is excellent, so I am sure it will be a hit with our customers.”
The MEC 6092RT is a rough terrain scissor lift with an 18.2-metre (60ft) platform height and a 600kg lift capacity. Its dual Ultra Deck roll-out extensions provide an overall platform length of 7.5 metres. Standard features include MEC’s Quad-Trax four-wheel drive, active oscillating axle for rough terrain travel and auto-levelling outriggers. With a 2.34-metre wide chassis and a gross weight of 9,200k, two machines can be transported on a single flatbed trailer.
