Integrated Group (M&E) Ltd was formed in 2007 from the merger of Integrated Electrical Services, formed in 1991, and Online Mechanical Services, founded in 1997.
IG acquired a controlling stake in the ASLEC approved Street lighting contractor, Lytec Electrical in 2008.
Last year it moved into a new 4500sq ft office and workshop facility in Cleatham, Kirton Lindsey that brought together its mechanical, electrical and highways divisions into a single operating location.
Projects included a two storey office block and maintenance hangar (pictured) at RAF Coningsby for the new fleet of Typhoon aircraft.
Insolvency practitioners Andrew Philip Wood and Gareth David Rusling of Sheffield-based practice The P&A Partnership have been appointed joint administrators.
