The projects are a mix of new build and refurbishment work in Surry, Sussex and South London.
A three-storey apartment development is being built in Stretton Road, Croydon for affordable housing provider Affinity Sutton. The 拢1.2m contract is due to complete in May 2013.
In Mantle Road, Lewisham, Mansell is about to start work on a 拢3.7m contract to build 32 flats for Wandle Housing Association.
At Eastbrook Primary School in Southwick, Mansell鈥檚 拢1.5m contract with West Sussex County Council through the iESE Tier 2 framework will see them demolish existing kitchens and provide a new extension to accommodate six classrooms.聽 Work starts in November 2012.
Also for West Sussex County Council and through the iESE Tier 2 framework, Mansell has been appointed to carry out a 拢4.1m contract to build a single-storey school extension at Langley Green Primary School in Crawley.聽
For the London Borough of Merton, Mansell will refurbish classrooms at William Morris Primary School, Mitcham under a 拢500k contract starting in summer 2012.聽
