EC Harris will support the bank in the delivery of capital construction across its retail banking network, head offices and data centres throughout the UK. No financial details were disclosed.
Lloyds hopes that the move from multiple providers to a single source partner will bring efficiencies and innovation. EC Harris’s scope of work will include commercial management, capital planning, project management and ե֭ Design Management Coordination (CDMC).
Lloyds has more than 2,900 retail branches (including Lloyds TSB, Halifax, Bank of Scotland and Cheltenham & Gloucester brands) and more than 211 offices. Including data centres, this makes up a portfolio of more than one million square metres.
EC Harris global account leader Catherine Tobiasinsky said that Lloyds Banking Group now becomes one of the firm’s top five clients in the UK. “Our aspiration is to work with clients who have the ambition to be world class, and we are really excited to be working with Lloyds Banking Group on the next phase of their journey to achieve this,” she said.
