All contracts run from October 2015 to March 2020, extendable for up to five further years.
The largest of the six lots being let is highway maintenance and civil engineering works, valued at £66.5m
There is also a £21.8m grounds maintenance contract up for grabs and a £12.6m contract to run recycling centres in the borough.
Other lots for engineering consultancy services, fencing and ground investigation services bring the total to £115m.
