Affordable housing specialist Lovell is building a 41-home development at Treuddyn in Flintshire. The contract was negotiated through the Syniad Consortium development framework.
Completion is scheduled for August 2013.
The Treuddyn scheme follows Lovell鈥檚 completion of three design-and-build housing developments for Pennaf Housing Group in Wrexham and Flintshire in 2011.
Lovell regional director Nigel Yates said: 鈥淲e are delighted to continue our successful working relationship with Pennaf Housing Group through this important new scheme which will help answer the need for new affordable and open market housing locally.鈥�
