Mace said that the project team has spent many hours working with the local sub-contractors to ensure a safe and clean environment, and engender a mindset of safe practice.
"This site would measure up very well against any site around the world, and for that, the team should be very proud," said Mace’s country manager John Plumer. "The challenge is for us to maintain this effort for a further three million man-hours."
The large mixed-use development in Port Baku will comprise three 32-floor towers containing 872 residential apartments, three floors of commercial retail space totalling 30,000 square metres and 2,000 car parking spaces over three basement levels.
