Turnover is set to double this year to £100m, the company said, and the restructuring is needed to take on more work.
The Prime Õ¥Ö¼§ Division headed up by former Balfour Beatty managing director Jim Tolputt will now be split into three divisions: London; Regions; and Major Projects.
Tony Forward, previously divisional director for Taylor's Hoists and Rainsford Carpentry, now becomes managing director of Specialist Services, in charge of the logistics, carpentry & joinery and hoist hire subcontracting businesses. Each division will still operate independently under his leadership.
As a part of this change, Rainsford Carpentry is reverting back to its original name of Rainsford Contracts, reflecting the broader scope of services it provides in fit-out and small works.
Joining the company is Steven King as group financial director.
