The project comprises the construction of a new build shared school building and a separate family support centre in Balgarthno Road in the Charleston area of the city.
The building has an overall area of 4,950 square metres built over two storeys. The accommodation houses two separate schools, one for denominational and one for non-denominational pupils.
The building is constructed of a steel frame with predominantly timber internal leaf of external walls and brick/block/rendered external leaf. External works include the demolition of the existing St Clement's RC Primary School.
Mansell's bid of £7.24m plus £2.38m allowances was the lowest bid, edging out Muirfield and Farrans.
