Mace said that it was “looking to recruit the best talent that the industry has to offer”.
It is looking to fill a broad range of roles across different levels, from new starters to senior directors.
The contractor is aiming to double its turnover from £1bn to £2bn by 2020 and up its staffing levels by a similar ratio from 3,600 to 7,200.
Current Mace projects include Birmingham New Street station, Heathrow Airport, Affinity Water, Sellafield and EDF Hinkley Point C.
