It is working with Troika Project Management on behalf of client Notcutts Woodbridge, which owns the site. The design and build project will see the site developed into two new retail units. Notcutts Woodbridge has already agreed a lease with Waitrose, which will occupy one of the new buildings.
Midas Southern director Paul Strachan said: "This is a fantastic new development for Bagshot, which involves the substantial redevelopment of a brownfield site providing many new jobs, and additional retail space in new, environmentally friendly buildings and also offering space for another new store in the town."
Planning permission for the new store was granted in February and it is due for completion by June 2015.
