Alba Community Partnerships, which also includes Cyril Sweett, was awarded the 10-year contract by the North Territory Hub Programme Board.
The hub initiative has been driven by the Scottish Futures Trust, on behalf of the Scottish Government, and focuses on the delivery of new community infrastructure across Scotland.
Õ¥Ö¼§ of the first projects in the North Territory will start in 2011. Initial projects include Aberdeen Health Village, Ardseileach Core and Cluster Resettlement, Tain Replacement Health Centre and Woodside Medical Group.
Hub projects will be delivered through a joint venture company (hubco) formed between the public sector partners and Alba Community Partnerships.
Dean Webster, chief executive officer of Cyril Sweett, said: "Being named as preferred bidder is a significant achievement for Cyril Sweett and is in-line with our strategy to invest in the long-term delivery of public sector projects and infrastructure.
