The contract has spent the past three years building the new Emergency Care Centre at Foresterhill for NHS Grampian. The £110m hospital has 10 floors, each the size of a football pitch. It was built using service modules that were prefabricated offsite to speed construction and reduce the labour on site.
Next month Robertson will begin work on two adjacent buildings that currently occupy inpatient facilities and operating theatres. Completion of this work is set for August 2014.
