The Maurice Wohl institute, on King’s College’s Denmark Hill campus, is setting out to be Europe's leading centre for neuroscience research.
Designed by Devereux Architects with Allies & Morrison, it will house laboratories for 70 workbenches, write-up space for more than 220 researchers, and cyclotron and PET scanning.
It has been designed to achieve a BREEAM 'Excellent' (Bespoke) rating and incorporates ground source heating, natural ventilation and active chilled beams.
Project client is College Facilities Ltd on behalf of King's College London.
