The contractors will design and implement the initial phase of a storm water management project in the Kilmarnock area. The project is designed to improve surface water quality for more than 80,000 people in north and east Ayrshire.
The first phase of the work will take place between Gatehead and Irvine, with completion scheduled for January 2013.
