The Hampshire building fabric term maintenance contract starts this week and runs for five years, with an option to extend by a further five years.
It is divided into two regional lots. Mountjoy, part of the Quarr Group, has been selected for the eastern part of the county; Southampton-based Tew Brothers has the western side.
Services to be provided under the contract include statutory compliance, electrical & mechanical and catering maintenance, building fabric reactive maintenance and minor works and out-of-hours response.
