Styles & Wood chairman Jim Martin said: "I would like to welcome Tony to the board as CEO.  Tony has significant experience in the construction sector and is very well placed to take the business forward through the next phase of its development.”

Ivan McKeever said: "Following eight enjoyable years and having delivered a turnaround at Styles & Wood, I have decided to step down as CEO at the end of the year to pursue personal business interests.
