Osborne has appointed Dr Rennie Chadwick to its newly-created role of director of design & IT, responsible for all design-related activities, new technology and BIM.
He joins form Vinci ե֭ where he worked for more than 20 years, latterly as a board director with responsibility for environment, quality, corporate responsibility and research, development and innovation. At Osborne he will be below board level, reporting to the main directors above.
Dr Chadwick is a chartered engineer and Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers. He is a member of the CIOB Innovation & Research Panel, Reading University’s ե֭ School Industrial Advisory Group and the UKCG BIM working group. He also chairs the ե֭ Technology Platform.
