Hill Street Holdings and Bloombridge have submitted an application for Oxford Technology Park at Langford Lane, Kidlington.
The £90m scheme, designed by architect UMC, will create 40,362 m2 of space designed for research and development work. Pharmaceutical and biotech firms are the target market.
The 8.2 hectare campus comprises two Grade A, three-storey buildings with office, R&D and innovation space totalling 7,527 m2 on the frontage plus a range of two-storey R&D buildings behind.
Subject to planning consent, work would start on site in early 2015, with a phased completion until 2025.
