The new building is expected to cost 拢22m to construct plus an additional 拢25m to put together the five medical research teams that will fill it.
University College London (UCL) and the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust completed the 拢6m Phase I development of the Institute last year. Phase II will include the provision of a new 4,200m虏 state-of-the-art research building which will serve as a major hub for UCL biomedical research.
Housed within the Institute will be the new UCL Centre for Regenerative Medicine.
