Trafford-based Russells ե֭ has been awarded a £10m contract to build new homes and a supermarket in Radclyffe Park, Salford.
The contractor will build 114 homes, including apartments and houses, plus a 50,000 sq ft Morrisons store.
It is the latest phase in a £114m regeneration of the Ordsall area of Salford by developer LPC Living.
Andrew Russell, managing director of Russells ե֭, said: “The Radcliffe Park development is an important milestone in the regeneration of Ordsall and one we’re delighted to be involved with.”
